Each of our six themed bedrooms

bathrobes, an ample supply of towels and
bottled water to enhance your visit.
Our lodging rooms offer a variety of bed sizes ranging from king to double. Lodging rooms are on the upper floor of the main building and
smoking is only permitted in the Antique room. Please
call 970-626-5324 for reservations and we'll help you find the right room.
To aid in your relaxation
you will not find telephones or televisions in our rooms, but
we do provide free high speed wireless internet (wi-fi)
in the main building for those who need
to keep in touch. We do not have a restaurant on
site
but each lodging room has a small refrigerator and you will find
a community kitchen downstairs. There are many local restaurants
1 mile north in Ridgway or 8 miles south in Ouray.
Local menus are available and our helpful staff is always ready
to assist
you with recommendations or reservations, or you can click
here for links to local dining, activities and
information.
There are 2 full baths upstairs exclusively for room guests.
To start your day we have a self service coffee station upstairs
starting
at 8am. As a room guest please enjoy 24 hour access to the
springs. We suggest enjoying the stars during quiet time (10pm-9am)
or
for the early riser -if you can pull yourself from our pillow
topped
beds- have a soak and watch the sunrise.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in rooms or the facility (other
than Miss Beef the resident cat) and you must be at least 3 years
old to stay in our rooms.
Registration for room guests is between 3 PM and 9 PM. Any room
guest wishing to arrive early to soak may do so as early as 9 AM.
Please notify the front desk that you are a room guest for that day
and they will make arrangements for you. As a courtesy to other guests,
you must register in person by 9 PM or have called for late check-in
instructions to access the property.
Housekeeping for each
room is done daily. Please be courteous and respectful of staff
cleaning duties. Checkout time is 11 AM. Guests may
stay and soak until
10 PM the day of checkout. Once you have checked out, you must
use the downstairs facilities for the remainder of your stay. Pending
availability, registration for additional nights must be made by
11 AM. Late check-out could incur additional charges.

The "Iron" is a non-smoking room featuring one queen size and one double size bed made on the neighboring Orvis Springs Ranch out of iron. 
The Log Cabin room has one queen bed and one double bed-- both are custom made out of hand-honed pine logs by Lakota Living Furniture of Montrose. This room also features a custom built vanity with a sink and a table with four chairs, as well as outstanding mountain views.
The Uncompahgre has always been popular due to its views of the grounds and the cozy feel of the tounge and groove woodwork. We’ve made it even better with a king size bed made in Mexico featuring an oversized leather headboard. Finishing off the room is a matching vanity and sink and a table with 2 chairs.
This large corner room has a sweeping view of the northern mountains of the Mt. Sneffel's (14,150 ft) Wilderness Range. For your utter comfort you will find a king size sleigh bed hand made by Lakota Living Furniture of Montrose.
